I thought I would put down a listing of my favorite photoshop resources. I know, if you have a lot of time, it is fun to google for photoshop actions, brushes, shapes and other great time savers, but google comes up with thousands of listings... But if you want to go to great sites quickly, these are the ones I would go to:

This man is incredibly creative, he has the most amazing free actions. For example the embossed labels shown below:

You can find a lot more, puzzle effects, effects to let your pictures curl, a snowy text action. Well, just go over there and check it out (and come back for more of course...).

Photoshop exchange

Photoshop's own exchange - very elaborate. Default you see the latest additions, I usually go to the tab 'highest rated'.
